A Cedar Rapids man was arrested in Poweshiek County Tuesday after two state troopers report they discovered him parked on the facet of Interstate 80 with a lifeless physique in his automobile.
Jihad Abdul-Malik Gasaway, 23, is charged with one depend of abuse of corpse and is being held within the Poweshiek County Jail.
